Water Valve Failure in a Palmdale Bathroom

The clean water spilled onto the engineered wood flooring and the Berber carpet in this Palmdale area home. Luckily, our customer spotted the problem quickly and managed to turn off the source. We're Faster To Any Size Disaster means that when our SERVPRO team arrived soon after the water-damaging incident, we managed to salvage both the wood flooring and the carpeting. The After Photo shows a large LGR-low grain refrigerated dehumidifier capturing the remaining water vapor that is being swept from damp surfaces by the low-profile (and barely seen) air mover.
